BRI Obtains ISO 9001:2008 For Card Production And Complaint-Handling Processes

Jakarta - End of 2013 was closed with good news, BRI has obtained the ISO 9001:2008 for Card Production and Complaint Handling processes. Also, BRI has maintained ISO 9001:2008 certification for Provision of Payment System by RTGS, Clearing, and Remittance, which was obtained in 2012. These assurance was done by LRQA (Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance), which is certified by both UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and National Accreditation Committee (Komite Akreditasi Nasional - KAN).

With the addition of the new ISO certification, in total, there are 5 processes that have been ISO Quality Management standards certified. The processes are Card Production, Complaint Handling, Payment System by RTGS and Clearing, Remittance System, and Audit. The company is targeting for more ISO certifications, so that by the end of 2017, all operating processes will be certified.
