BRI Announces Dividend Payout Ratio Of 30%

Jakarta - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company which was held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 has decided the dividend payout ratio of 30% of net profit for the fiscal year 2013 amounted IDR6.35 trillion. The importance of the expansion of the business as well as loan disbursement to capture the opportunities in the micro, small and medium business segments have been taken into consideration in determining the amount of dividend payout ratio.

The amount of cash dividend distributed to the shareholders for the last four years has shown a steadily increase. In 2010, the dividend recorded IDR93.01 per shares, and then increased to IDR122.28 per shares in 2011. In 2012, it was increased to reach IDR225.2320 per shares and in 2013, up to IDR257.3271 per shares.
